Despite Debts, GEDA Inked Deal With Marianas Media

Guam-- The Guam Economic Development Authority last week approved a deal to pay $10,000 to Marianas Media for a video production even though two of the company's executives owe GEDA thousands of dollars in unpaid loan money. And as PNC's Stefan Sebastian reports, the company also has ties to the attorney advising GEDA to keep further details on the loans a secret.
