Closing arguments were heard today in the superior court for the civial trial against former governor Carl Gutierrez.

Guam - The civil trial against former governor Carl Gutierrez and former GMH adminstrator Dr. Davina Lujan concluded in Superior court this afternoon. But after closing arguments were presented, pro-tem judge Richard Benson was still unsure as to how the $300 thousand dollar figuire paid to Dr. Vivien Batoyan was determined. PNC's Nick Delgado with more in this report.
