UOG Researchers: Mil. Buildup Could Boost Guam Economy

Guam-- The economy on the U.S. mainland is struggling but researchers at the University of Guam today issued three reports that suggest Guam's economic future is looking a bit brighter. And as PNC's Stefan Sebastian reports, one of the brightest lights on the horizon for Guam is the pending military buildup.
